This is one of chef Gregory’s signature salads: spring mix lettuces accompanied by toasted pine nuts, dried cranberries, diced cucumbers, cherry plum tomatoes and tossed with a ginger soy dressing that is a fabulous blend of ingredients for an extremely fresh tasting salad.

Ceaser Salad

Fresh Romaine lettuce, chopped and tossed with freshly made classic Caesar dressing, garlic seasoned croutons, freshly grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese. From there we can add many different things to the salad to make it a creation of your desire.
