Romantic Dinner on the beach



Not all events are created equal. In this instance, this was a setting for two on the beach dinner that was created for a very special evening. The menu consisted of soup, main course, salad and dessert. Each course was paired with particular wine and we started off with a very light white wine and ended up with a very strong red for the main course and a late harvest botrytis affected dessert wine that was accompanied by fresh berries on a bed of mascarpone with a caramelize zabaglione.
