Chef Gregory Kalatsky graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in 1995 and continued on to postgraduate work in 12 specialized cuisine preparation studies (see resume). We offer a wide variety of services from Full service Catering, Private Parties - Corporate events to Weddings.
