All Hors d'oeuvres are two dozen minimum (24 peices per) order and are priced accordingly.

Chicken Satay                                              $52

Tender strips of chicken breast marinated in a secret mixture of ingredients of Thai origin, that will make you mouth come alive with freshness.

Teriyaki Beef Bites                                       $64

A very tender thick sliced piece of Flank steak marinated in Chef Gregory's teriyaki sauce. Absolutely to die for, mouth watering Hawaiian goodness.

Sesame Chicken                                                 $38

Tender strips of chicken breast marinated in sesame oil and coated with sesame seeds and Japanese breadcrumbs.

Chicken Springrolls                                            $50                                                                 

A wonderful combination of chicken and julienned Chinese vegetables seasoned with a tangy oriental barbecue sauce and wrapped in a delicate springroll wrapper.

Coconut Shrimp.                                                    $58

A large butterflied shrimp dipped in a mild coconut batter and rolled in a mixture of coconut and breadcrumbs.

Cozy Shrimp                                                           $55

A delicious garlic ginger marinated shrimp rolled in a springroll wrapper

Coconut Chicken                                                   $45

A ¾ oz. Strip of chicken breast dipped in a coconut batter and rolled in a mixture of shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.

 Raspberry Brie En Croute                                   $52

A piece of Brie Cheese with a raspberry coullie sauce wrapped in puff pastry and baked till golden brown.

Mini Beef Wellington                                             $57

           A savory piece of beef tenderloin accented with a mushroom duexelle encrusted in a French-style puff pastry

Chicken Quesadilla                                                $47

A spicy blend of smoked chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, peppers and fresh cilantro is rolled in a flour tortilla trumpet

Grilled Portabella mushrooms                             $67

Grilled portabella mushrooms seasoned and rubbed with roasted garlic and drizzled with a reduction of balsamic vinegar. Made in to diamonds and served with a toothpick. 

 Ahi Poke Cucumber Cups                                  $67

            Fresh Ahi Tuna tossed in poke sauce (made from low sodium soy sauce and fresh ground ginger with a hint of spicy sesame oil) filled in to a small cucumber cup that has been hollowed out garnished with chives and sesame seeds.

Cheese Quesadilla                                             $30

A spicy blend of, Monterey Jack cheese, peppers and fresh cilantro is rolled in a flour tortilla trumpet.

Santa Fe Chicken in a Beggars Purse               $67

Chopped smoked chicken, salsa, crush chili peppers and other spices make this a favorite wrapped in delicate phyllo pastry.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms                                  $62

A large Mushroom cap stuffed with a delicious blend of crabmeat stuffing.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms                             $52

A large Mushroom cap stuffed with a delicious blend of Italian sausage mozzarella cheese and fresh thyme, rosemary, sage & fennel.

Cold Sesame Noodles                                          $45

          Fresh Chinese Noodles topped with another one of Chef Gregory's Product line. A Thai peanut sauce with Lemon grass, roasted Tahini, sesame oil, peanut butter & more flavors to make your taste buds wana dance. Garnished with sliced green onions and black sesame seeds.

Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Strudel        $67

This is a selection of wild mushrooms with fancy white. Sautéed with shallots and garlic in olive oil, fresh herbs and goats cheese wrapped in a flaky Filo pasty and baked till golden brown.

 Shrimp Cocktail for 10                                       $92

These are shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico and are considered some of the best shrimp around. We use a large shrimp (16-20) and have a variety of dipping sauces served with them. There is a classic cocktail, a roasted garlic Aioli, and sweet garlic chili sauce. We can also use a smaller shrimp for a lesser price. See next one down.

Shrimp cocktail for 60-70                                 $325

This Shrimp Bowl has truckloads of shrimp and could possibly feed 50 people. In this case we are using 21-25 count and will get the job done too. Served with Our Homemade Cocktail Sauce and Lemon Wedges also there is a roasted garlic Aioli, and sweet garlic chili sauce
